Internship: Experience Marketing, Finance, & Product Development

 

"NINZIA Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Kobe; CEO: Masahiro Yoritama), a texture-engineering startup creating new forms of food, has been seeking for its long-term internship.

This practical, paid internship is based in the Kansai/Osaka area and includes remote work options. Open to students from all academic backgrounds (humanities and sciences), participants will gain broad, hands-on experience as a food-tech manufacturer, spanning areas from marketing, accounting, and PR to product development."

 

NINZIA Internship Overview

• Format: Hybrid (Note: "Development" tasks are on-site only at the lab in Osaka City or Suita City)
• Duration: Starting November or December 2025 (Minimum 6 months)
• Compensation: All positions are paid. Compensation is job-based. You can proactively join various jobs/projects.
• Other: English proficiency is a plus, as we have many international students and overseas projects.

 

Job Examples

Note: As all work is job-based, you can experience a variety of roles by showing initiative.

Business Development Launching new business ventures, such as Makuake (crowdfunding) projects and the NINZIA BOSAI line. Presenting at pitch events.

• Career Paths: Hired by major consulting firms; advanced to graduate school overseas.

Public Relations (PR) Creating press releases and handling media relations at events.

• Career Path: Secured an offer for an overseas sales position at a major manufacturer.

Accounting Assisting with practical accounting (journal) entries. No bookkeeping certification is required, though it is helpful for a deeper understanding of the concepts.

• Career Path: Secured an offer in the finance department of a major telecommunications company.

Product Development Assisting with product development and prototype experiments. A background in agriculture or nutrition is a plus, but other majors are welcome.

• Career Path: Secured an R&D (research and development) position at a major manufacturer.

Marketing Creating content for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and the Amazon storefront.

• Career Paths: Hired by a global talent/HR company; secured a 6-month internship at a European luxury brand conglomerate.

本プログラムは、関西/大阪のリモートワーク可の実践的な有給インターンシップです。文系・理系を問わず、マーケティングや会計や広報、製品開発に至るまで、フードテック・メーカーとしての実務を幅広く経験できます。

NINZIAインターンシップ概要

• 参加形態　：　ハイブリッド（「開発」業務は、大阪市or吹田市のラボでのオンサイトのみ）

• 期間　：　2025年11～12月開始（最低6か月）

• 報酬　：　全て有償。ジョブ型で報酬は決定。挙手すれば、様々なジョブに参加可能。

• その他　：　留学生多数かつ海外プロジェクトも多いため、英語が話せるとベター。

業務例

事業開発

Makuakeプロジェクトや、NINZIA BOSAIなどの新規事業の立ち上げ。ピッチイベントでの登壇。
→大手コンサル就職。
→海外大学院への進学。

 

広報

プレスリリース作成やイベントでのマスコミ対応など。
→大手メーカーでの海外営業に内定。

 

会計

実践的な仕訳登録補助。簿記資格なしでも可能ですが、あると知識の理解度が深まります。
→通信大手での財務部署に内定。

 

製品開発

各種製品の開発補助や試作実験。農学部・栄養学関連がベターですが、それ以外でも可能。
→大手メーカー開発職に内定。

 

マーケティング

meta広告やAmazonストアのコンテンツ作成。
→海外人材関連企業に就職
→欧州高級ブランドコングロマリットでの6か月インターン決定。
