Where are your products sourced from?
Our core material, binding konjac, is manufactured in Hyogo, Our final products are manufactured in several places in Japan, such as Hyogo, Shiga.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
We are continuously working towards more sustainable packaging solutions.While some of our packaging are from cartons However, due to Japan's humid climate and strict food safety regulations, some of our packaging materials may not be recyclable at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to balance sustainability with ensuring the highest quality and safety for our products. Please propose better items for us if you know something innovative!
How long will it take to receive my order?

How much does shipping cost?
For room temperature products is 350¥(Within Japan)
For refrigerated products, Varies by region!

What is your return policy?
