On April 11, 2025, NINZIA Inc. (Chuo-ku, Kobe; CEO: Masahiro Yoritama), a texture engineering startup creating new forms of food, presented at FVD NEO Vol. 2—an event that gathers key players to foster co-creation for the future of food in Japan—and received the "Tokyo Regenerative Food Lab Award."

The "Tokyo Regenerative Food Lab" is a popular podcast series by WIRED Japan, produced in collaboration with UnlocX, a startup driving Japan's food innovation and its ecosystem. The series explores the theme of a regenerative future for food and cities.

Event Overview

This was a co-creation event where startups, venture companies, and major corporations collaborated to build the future of the food industry. Eleven companies with cutting-edge technology and ideas gave presentations, and eight judging companies presented awards for outstanding initiatives. あたらしい食のカタチをつくるテクスチャ・エンジニアリング・スタートアップ株式会社NINZIA（神戸市中央区、代表取締役：寄玉昌宏、以下「当社」）は、2025年4月11日、日本の食の未来に向けて、キープレイヤーが集まり共創を促すイベント FVD NEO Vol.２に登壇し、「Tokyo Regenerative Food Lab 賞」を受賞しました。「Tokyo Regenerative Food Lab」は日本のフードイノベーションとそのエコシステムを牽引するスタートアップ「UnlocX」とのコラボレーションのもと、『WIRED』日本版が食と都市のリジェネラティブな未来をテーマにお届けする人気ポッドキャストシリーズです。
