Purpose of Konjac Planting
Through the cultivation of konjac, we aim to revitalize the region-specific indigenous konjac and stimulate the local industry. Additionally, this initiative was carried out as the first step toward establishing a 1000-year sustainable regenerative supply chain, promoting sustainable agriculture and production.

あたらしい食のカタチをつくるテクスチャ・エンジニアリング・スタートアップ株式会社NINZIA（神戸市中央区、代表取締役：寄玉昌宏、以下「当社」）は、2025年4月25日、四国山地にてコンニャクの植え付けを開墾から実施しました。この取り組みは、在来種の蒟蒻芋産業の活性化を目指し、1000年続くリジェネラティブなサプライチェーンの構築に向けた第一歩となります。

■コンニャク植え付けの目的

コンニャクの栽培を通じて、地域特有の在来種の蒟蒻芋を再生し、産業の活性化を目指します。また、持続可能な農業と生産を推進し、1000年続くリジェネラティブなサプライチェーンを確立するための第一歩として実施しました。
