あたらしい食のカタチをつくるテクスチャ・エンジニアリング・スタートアップ、株式会社NINZIA（本社：兵庫県神戸市、代表取締役：寄玉昌宏、以下「当社」）は、マレーシア・クアラルンプールの在マレーシア日本国大使公邸（the Japanese Ambassador’s Residence）において、ジャックフルーツを活用した代替肉事業を展開するNankaと、包括的な業務提携に関する基本合意書（MOU）を締結しました。
本提携を通じて、当社独自の「こんにゃく由来素材技術」と、Nankaが誇る「ジャックフルーツ由来の素材」を融合させ、日本とマレーシア、両国の素材が織りなす次世代の食の共同開発を進めます。
