Chosen to Participate in JETRO's First-ever Food Tech Startup Acceleration Program in the U.S.

 

NINZIA Inc. (Chuo-ku, Kobe, Representative Director: Masahiro Yoritama, hereinafter referred to as 'our Company'), which is developing the food tech 'NINZIA' to create a new form of food, is happy to announce its selection as one of the 10 startups chosen to participate in the 7-month intensive program, "J-StarX Food Frontiers USA." This program, hosted by JETRO in collaboration with KitchenTown, a food innovation hub located in Silicon Valley, aims to accelerate market entry into the U.S. food industry.

Program Details
JETRO and KitchenTown, in collaboration with mentors, industry leaders, and investors, will provide the selected startups with the tools, knowledge, and networks necessary for success in the U.S. market. The program will feature masterclasses held primarily at KitchenTown's headquarters in Silicon Valley. Additionally, monthly workshops will be held in Tokyo after the completion of the masterclasses. The program will begin in September 2024 and culminate in a Demo Day scheduled for March 2025.

あたらしい食のカタチをつくるテクスチャ・エンジニアリング・スタートアップ株式会社NINZIA（神戸市中央区、代表取締役：寄玉昌宏、以下「当社」）は、ジェトロがシリコンバレーのフード・イノベーション・ハブであるKitchenTownと連携し開催する米国市場への参入を促進することを目的とした7ヶ月間の集中プログラム「J-StarX Food Frontiers USA」への参加が決定しました。このプログラムを通じてグローバル展開をさらに加速させます。

プログラム内容：ジェトロとKitchenTownが、メンターや業界リーダー、投資家と協力し、選ばれたスタートアップが米国市場で成功するためのツール、知識、ネットワークを提供します。KitchenTownのシリコンバレー本社をメイン会場に据えマスタークラスを実施するほか、クラス終了後も東京で月1回のワークショップを開催し、2024年9月に開始され、2025年3月にデモデイを予定しています。
